Let us know a couple of things:

ORDER OF THE DAY
3.00 pm - Guests may start arriving
If you're camping for the night, we recommend you arrive early to set up
3.15pm - Bus will leave from Murrumbateman
Don't be late! Please aim to be at the rest stop at about 3pm
3.45 pm - All guests should be onsite
There will be some light food and plenty of drinks to get you started
3.45 - 4.30pm - Bride and Groom arrive
Some general yaps and catch ups before we get started
4.30 - 5.00pm - Ceremony
5.00pm - 6.00pm - Drinks, snacks, and some games
The photographer will be wandering around, feel free to grab them if you want a pic!
6.00pm - 8.00pm -The moment you've all been waiting for
Jarachos tacos! Bibs provided
8.00pm - Midnight - Music, dessert and drinks
We'll have some speeches in there somewhere, probably when dessert is served. This will be a bit of an open mic night, so feel free to say a few words
Midnight - Bus will leave for Murrumbateman
Sunday 11th October
We'd love if you would join us for some hungover egg and bacon rolls and a coffee around 10am. We'll have Bathurst on a couple of screens if you're not quite ready to head off yet
STYLE GUIDE
DAY AT THE RACES
We would love to see our guests wearing something cocktail/western chic, something you might wear to a day out at the country races.
For the lads, we'd like to see you in a jacket and some dress pants/chinos. For the ladies, keep in mind we'll be on grass for most of the day, so maybe swap those stilettos for a thicker heel or some boots to keep you comfortable.
We'll have the fires lit later in the night but we recommend bringing something to keep you warm after dark.
FOOD AND DRINK
Most of the food for the day will be suitable for coeliac, vegetarian, or vegan guests. Please let us know if you have specific allergies when you RSVP.
We will be providing drinks for the night, including water, soft drink and alcohol. It will be pretty standard, so if you have something specific you would like to drink you can check if we're serving it and BYO if we aren't.

Unfortunately these guys wouldn't let us reserve rooms, but they are an option. About 400m from the bus pick-up site.

CAMPING
If you would like to camp, we will have a large shed space set up or you can find your own spot on the property. campers and caravans are more than welcome. Showers and toilets will be provided.
Arriving to the wedding
You will have the option to drive to us and park or you can get the bus from Murrumbateman. The bus will leave from Jones Rest Stop (across the road from the pub) at 3.15pm sharp. If you are heading back into Canberra or staying outside of Murrumbateman for the night, We recommend parking at the rest stop and getting the bus to avoid the roos. Let us know what you would prefer when you RSVP.
Wishing well
Just so you know, we dont expect any gifts. We're just excited to celebrate with you! However, if you feel strongly about bringing a gift, we would appreciate if you would put something towards our wishing well to help us to get established in a new city.
